Im trying to help a friend, please help me to  help herÂ đŸ„°

1- If you request a Reentry permit now, with the coronavirus chaos.....you still gonna have to do the Biometrics???? is there any way they can expedite those fingerprints?????

2- how long would take until the day they RECEIVE your reentry application and the biometrics appointment??? its really an Emergency :(

3- Can you apply for a reentry permit while pending removing of conditions??? ( the 2 years green card has already experied, my friend has the extension letter ) but needs to go overseas for a long period.

thank you guys!

Best thing to do is contact USCIS and request an expedite.

It is possible but won't exceed the time of the extension.  SHe needs to make sure she attends her ROC interview.

They’re pretty inflexible about the biometrics.

Best advice I got:  Your friend will have to apply, request an expedite, and wait and see.  I’m pretty sure they aren’t even scheduling biometrics in this area, so chances in the short term might be pretty low.

Correct - and if there is less than 18 months remaining it will only be good for that time.   If she has less than 12 months remaining don't bother the expense.

I would head out now and come back in say a month whatever after the initial issue is under control and do all the paperwork.
