My fiancee, was issued a K1 visa on March 6, but because of the lockdowns and provincial quarantine, she got stuck in Pangasinan. My question is has someone travelled coming from the north Luzon to the NAIA airport? Will she be allowed to pass provincial checkpoints and enter NCR if she shows her ticket? Her visa wil expire next month I just want to know if anyone was able to travel from Northern Luzon to NAIA recently. Thanks.

Better asked in the Philippines regional forum.   I have requested it be moved

I flew out of Manila March 18th while they were under the lock down. Since then have revised the lockdown. Foreigners can fly out of the country at any time. Only 1 driver and passenger with a flight itinerary is allowed into the airport. If she has a visa to come to America and get married my guess is that they will allow her to leave. As I have notice, however, the rules seem to be revised almost daily. Maybe better to not to wait too long in the case this outbreak worsens. Also, the police at the checkpoints have the final say.

Why would her visa expire next month?  Did your fiancee have to complete SPUTUM or such?

Are there no flights out of Clark to the USA that would work ?

Did you fiancee complete CFO-GCP and get the sticker?
