Basically, he never bothered to check. He used my filing date to compare against the USCIS Processing Times data for N400 which inaccurately showed June 19, 2019 at the time. I explained that online filing has greatly improved the processing times and even a Tier 2 officer explained that the details generated are inaccurate; that fell on deaf ears. 😕

I was then told to reach out to the Congressman only if I was experiencing some type of hardship or a change in my current situation and they'd be more than happy to take a look. 

So far, one person on the N400 Facebook group shared they got called about oath ceremony for Palm Beach so at least I know things are moving....just no interview scheduling yet. 🙄

Typical politician. Guess you should have reminded him as a citizen you'd be a voter for their party.

I just check the USCIS website and the West Palm Beach Application Support Center will be opening on July 20.

Hope they start scheduling people soon. My husband has been waiting for his biometrics appointment since March.

Yes doll....I saw that 😕  I'm so sorry that this has happened to the Miami filers.....I am hoping that they have closed to sanitize their facility and then reopen once cleaning is done. The number of COVID19 cases are increasing rapidly for South Florida.

I found out a moment ago that West Palm Beach field office is doing same day oath ceremony!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The janitor where my husband works had her interview yesterday. She went to work today with her USA flag and was happy to share that she was now a US citizen!

He's not as nosy as I am but with some encouragement from me, he asked her about her naturalization journey. 😆

She applied in November last year and was supposed to go in for March but because of COVID-19 it got rescheduled for June 29. She passed and got her certification right there.

I filed Sept. 30, 2019, DC office. By March 2020 we moved to Florida. I received my original interview date, April 13, 2020 (DC office) but it was de-schedule because I moved and covid. Now my field office is in West Palm Beach and still waiting for my new interview schedule.

I wish... but no updates here.

On myUSCIS regarding my N400 application it says "We are taking longer than expected to process your case. You do not need to do anything at this time." It still states September 2020 as the Estimated case completion time but I think it will be longer.

Haven't heard of a lot of movement in West Palm Beach, anyone else????

Just hang in there. I am September filler and I am going to have my interview this coming Monday in West Palm .

@JamesFL posted in our December n400 filers group a screenshot of someone who filed in January 2020, got an interview that descheduled because of covid but then was rescheduled for July 21 😫

It's funny that I no longer see the FB group. The group admin is an attorney who posted that the new fees were going into immediate effect. Everyone who stepped up and corrected her was removed and blocked from the group. I didn't realize that posting incorrect information to applicants who are pursuing citizenship was okay 🙄

Either way, did you get a chance to call USCIS for your application?
