My 13yr old k2 will be need a criminal record check for the interview? Montreal embassy.

The Packet 4 states the following:

 

j. Police Certificates from Canada and other countries of previous residence k. Court / Criminal records and photocopy

i. Court / Criminal records and photocopy

It does not give age specific guidelines. I highly recommend that you ask embassy specific questions in your country's/region sub-forum for a better quality answer.

It used to be 16 and up needed a record check. With the new requirements for the checks I don't know if that changed also.

I believe it's 15 or 16 and older those are required for those.
