I still see a blank status page when I put in my case number and also still no reply on the email I sent on July 24th. It’s almost been 4 months since I submitted. Any ideas on what I can do next? It feels like they lost the application.

has anyone received favorable recommendation form DOS in Aug? When were your Documents marked as received ? Mine showed up on website on 7th adn 8th June (12 weeks ago) and I haven't got FR yet.

Sent waiver applications on March 25th. Doc were showed up on DOS site May17th and June1st (13 weeks ago).  I wrote email that my DS2019 is expiring soon and approached with my supervisor letter and congressman letter to expedite process-  my bad luck nothing has worked out. I agree that all applications are delayed due to COVID situation. At the same time they need to consider people whose DS2019 will  expire soon.

Congrats! Did you get the FR letter in the mail or anything from USCIS yet? It's been two weeks for me since I got the FR online and still nothing.

Hi - anyone have received a final waiver recently from USCIS ? then please update your time line?

Do we really need a hard copy of the final waiver for H1B visa application submission? else we could also try with case approval copy from USCIS? Let me know!

Not sure myself.. I know someone whose H1B application was approved  without this waiver stuff. And he had held 2 J1 visas in the past  while living in two countries and never really met the conditions  for one of the J1 visas. He sought a waiver when he arrived the US and started AOS.

Hmm that must have been an oversight by USCIS. @Waiver_Seeker can you share your timeline after FR?  Like the dates for getting the mail from DOS and USCIS.

Same thing... it's been crickets since then from DoS...But I followed up with USCIS yesterday and they told me to check in next week around Friday to see if there is a receipt number. I think DoS letter will come in  before next week runs out
