Not a big deal.  You will not be rejected or denied because of a typo.   Just make sure the DS-160 is correct (this is the visa application at the embassy)

Once you get your NOA2 notice of approval  you may want  to jump over to the Philippines forum, the visa application process is unique to the Philippines in some areas.   https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

She is from the Philippines  but currently working in Taiwan so she will go to the embassy in Taipei.

Ah ... then you for sure do not want to go to the Philippine forum and for sure don't want to follow the guide for there.

For Taiwan your fiancee will still need the PSA birth certificate and CENOMAR, along with the NBI.

I sent the cenomar with i129f and she has her birth certificate but we have not got the police clarence yet since it's to early I also will send i134 to her with the supporting documents

STILL will need a CENOMAR for the interview at the embassy.  Doesn't matter what documents you sent to USCIS, the embassy will still require those documents.

As for police clearance, it must be the NBI, not a local police clearance.
