I'm double checking before I submit my application online. I'm a US citizen where I obtained my citizen from my parent. I have a certificate of citizenship. I just noticed last night that I have an A-number from Certificate of Citizenship. Do I need to put my A-number in the below image?

I did read it and it does say Permanent Resident Card. But I'm not sure if my A-number from my certificate of citizenship should be added or not? The part that confuses me is that if they are only looking for people who currently have a Green Card, but the question on top is asking What is your A-Number.

~~moved to general immigration discussion from IR1/CR1 process and procedures. Topic is not IR1/CR1 specific~~
