Hi,

Currently trying to fill out my DS-160 form and I'm pressured for time throughout this whole process. The CEAC website is completely down and I am losing my mind. I've been looking into it and it seems to happen every year. This website error could go on for weeks. I'm really frustrated because they aren't giving any time limit to this failure.

Problem is due to the heavy traffic on the website. Is anyone else having this frustrating problem??

Please let me know so I know it's not me.

@GraceMurphy I'm having a trouble using the CEAC website as well. It's so frustrating. I cannot upload any documents.

Try a different browser.

Also, when logging in: wait about 2-5 minutes with the blank page. It will eventually open.

The only way I got it to work was to turn on my VPN. For some reason the page loaded for me and everything worked perfectly. Every once and awhile it would time me out and I would have to log in again. Happened to me about 10 times but I got it done.
