Request for additional evidence help!!

Just received a request for additional evidence today (one additional passport size photo of me... the US citizen)

 

My question is, does anyone have experience with this and how far it will push the process back?!! 

*planning on sending it in TOMORROW.

Could take maybe around a month or two (maybe less) to get back around to looking at it but it won’t send you all the way to the back of the line

I experienced RFE (Form I- 130 A supplemental information for spouse Beneficiary) ,and 13 days after they recieved the submitted documents we recieved the approval of my petition! So keep the Faith! Goodluck😊

Did you submit 2 passport photos of the beneficiary? And they´re now asking for passport photos of the petitioner? I haven´t read anywhere that at the NVC stage they asked for passport photos of the petitioner.

Probably for the I130, 2 passport photos are required of the petitioner for the I130 and beneficiary’s are optional

Yes I did. It is specifically asking for one photo of me and mentioned me by name. And I am the petitioner. No idea why.

If you add your RFE to your timeline, it will generate a new prediction with the average wait time following an RFE. It may not be perfect, but at least you will have a general idea. Good luck!
