Which date NVC will review our case?

We submitted financial documents on 09th Dec, civil documents on 12th Dec and DS-260 on 09th Dec.

 

Which date will NVC will through our case?

Thankyou,  As you know On 12th DEC, I submitted all the documents and now my case few weeks away for review by NVC. But, I didn't submit employment letter as I was not have at that time. Can I submit now? and will it change my review date?

Your review date will be the date of the most recent submission. 

Another member here, who was unemployed at the time of submission, did not upload an employment letter - because he was not employed and got RFE. They asked that he write a statement saying he was unemployed at the time and send it over.

Your options are:
1) wait for them to get back to you and hope to god they don't RFE (they might)

2) get ahead of yourself and upload the employment letter, and have the review date be the date you make that submission

I think better to wait for them. Since, if i upload now..I will have to wait 2 months again.
