Hello everyone! My fiance and I are almost ready to send our packet but I have a doubt about the Part 1 from the form on ''information about you- other names used'' We left this space in blank because we dont use other names but we both used our middle names (everyone know us by our middle names, even our social media we only use our middle names) and in the description of the pictures we are sending also says our middle names, so I just wondering that if we have to put our middle names in that part. Can someone help us?! (sorry if is kinda confusing)😔

I think you would put your middle name as your first name in that section. My fiance has four names to his full name: first, middle, father's family name and mother's family name. He has gone by various combos of those names: First+middle+father's last name, first+father's last name, first two initials+father's last name, and his full name of course, so I put all of the variations down. Mine was more straightforward, as I've only been known by my maiden name and the name I took from my first marriage. I guess I figure it's important to err on the side of too much info with this stuff.
