Singapore Airlines?

Has anyone travelled on the Singapore airline (SFO to Mumbai)? How is it? Do they have immigration done in SFO? Pl let me know of your views!

I've done their SIN-SFO route.  Immigration is done at SFO.  The arrival experience depends on the arrival time.   No issues with Singapore Airlines; I liked it better than United.

If an airport accepts non pre cleared international flights,  immigration is performed upon arrival

There are only a handful of airports that have CBP pre-clearance operations.  This article contains the list:
