Hello,

My relative is from Bangladesh and he made an application for US Visa from cgifederal, however, while creating an account, he accidentally put Algeria in country location and continued filling up the application. As a result, his passport ID and email have been locked to the account, making it impossible to create another account using his ID.

Correct Country : Bangladesh

Please tell me what to do and I would appreciate any assistance in this matter. Thank You.

He should look for the support link in the page and send an email to support@usatraveldocs.com explaining his situation and the country will be changed in 24hours.
