Dear All,

My wife will proceed the CR-1 interview at early January. I am a citizen I have a question for if I have been staying with my family (Kids age citizen) aboard most of the time but I am running my US based business remotely but I have proof of US bank accounts, business transactions, and a condo, would that be a problem?

here is my background:

You should be good.  Domicile issues don't come up until the NVC stage, a year or so after filing.  It would be good to use a US mailing address, and your physical address abroad.  The I-130 is set up for that already.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Will the Consolate officer ask rather I am staying with them? Of cause she will have to tell the truth.

It doesnt matter where you are staying if (1) you can show intent to domicile and (2) meet the affidavit of support requirements
