Hi all

I got my case updated a week and half ago saying "Interview Schedule" since i didnt get any letter i called USCIS and the automated system said: You case was approved.

Has anyone had this experience? Both status seem different so i dont know what to do.

Thanks

It's been no more than 10 days since that update? Be patient! sometimes snail mail is really slow.

If you can't wait, then go to this page and select "Did not received document by mail". Follow the prompts and send it.

Good luck!

Hi all,

Although i have a message of interview scheduled, uscis told me my case is: Your Citizenship Certificate is ready for Certificate Production.

Does anybody know how long it takes? It's been 1 month already.

thanks

@TopGear77Sorry I don’t know the answer, but can you tell me when you filed the n600 application?

Hi,

I am in the same situation as you described. The website updated my N600 case on Tuesday to "Interview Scheduled". After 3 days I called USCIS on Friday the automated system said my case was approved and a letter of approval will be sent out.

Did you recieve any updates regarding your case?

Hi Topgear77,  would you please update your case’s outcome? I am having the same problem now. The online status says that they have scheduled an interview but the automated phone system says my case has been approved and will send me the approval notice. Thanks.

It would be nice to receive an update from Topgear77 or anyone else who has gone through this.

We are using an immigration lawyer and I asked him about this situation. His comment was that the website has been inaccurate lately. So until we receive the letter in the mail we won't know for sure.

Hi Monica7777, I really don’t have much to update at this moment. My case should be later than yours. My online status was changed to this weird interview appointment on 2/13, saying that they will send me an appointment letter for interview but I was not able to see the interview letter online as I used to be in the past, no physical letter was not received in the mail either so far. So today I called the USCIS automated phone service number, finding that my case was approved, which conflicted with the online status. If you or someone else has any update, I’d appreciate if it can be shared.

Hi Larry6699,

Sounds like we are on the same boat. Our N600 online status was also changed to 'Interview has been scheduled' on 2/12. To this day I also don't see the interview letter online and nothing has arrived in the mail. The automated system said the same to me.

I'll make sure to keep you updated on our case and I hope we hear back soon.

Hi Larry6699,

We still haven't received anything in the mail. We should be able to proceed with the e-inquiry on 3/16, if we haven't received anything in the mail before then.

Hello Monica7777, I have not received anything in whatsoever form so far. Would you please share your e-inquiry result? Thanks.

Hi Larry6699,

I just checked the USCIS and egov websites and they were both updated today. USCIS now says 'March 5, 2020 -USCIS has scheduled your interview appointment and will mail the appointment letter'. Previously the date was February 12, 2020. The egov website now says 'Oath Ceremony was Mailed'. The option of an e-inquiry has now been pushed to April 4. So we are stuck again with two different statements and having to wait for another month to see if something arrives in the mail. I'll keep you posted.

Sorry you haven't received anything either.

Is the person the n600 was applied for, over 14 years old? I believe they schedule oath ceremonies in those instances.

fyi I applied n600 for my kid. Myuscis has the interview appointment status, uscis case status (is that what you mean by egov?) says the case was approved and approval notice sent. Both dated 27 Feb, no online letter in myuscis and nothing physical received yet.

Hi SusieQQQ,

I was checking using two different websites:

https://myaccount.uscis.gov/  which had the Interview Scheduled

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do  which says Oath Ceremony was Mailed
