NVC phones are down?

I tried calling NVC at 603-334-0700 and after it asks to press 1 for English, it disconnects my phone call. I don't know whats going on? i tried atleast 3 times and same follow up on each call that i made. Is anyone else expereincing the same thing?

they had the same problem a few weeks ago.

Unfortunatly there's not much to do about it.

Last time it worked when you connected and simply pushed 5 to speak to an operator.

You just gotta keep on trying and maybe you'll be lucky and it'll work again.

seems like they got some problem again. After hitting 1 for english, the call is disconnected like you said. One time I tried it told me it would be a few minutes till I'd be connected to an operator even though I only wanted the automated line. Dunno what's wrong but hope they figure it out soon.

I just tried to call.....hit 1 for English and then got a msg that the immigrant visa information is unavailable at this time. Please try and call back again between normal business hours :blink:

i was just told they have no record of my case :S

Married Feburary 23rd 2005

10th May 2005 I130 packet sent to TEXAS forwarded to Cali.

12th May 2005 NOA1 Received date.

14th May 2005 delivered at 4:34 am LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607.

23rd May 2005 NOA1 notice date.

27th May 2005 NOA1 hits the mailbox.

13th August 2005 po po form mailed off with £10 cheque.

2nd September 2005 po po letter arrives.

3rd September a 4 week visit with hubby in GA

30th september 130 days on I130 and counting.

January 2006 case arrives at NVC finally(not sure about exact date)

17th February 2006 IV bill mailed back

sent I-864 02/23/06*

Visa Fee Bill recieved 02/27/06

03/07/06- called nvc.. they recieved visa fee bill and are sending out documents!!

03/07/06- called nvc and was notified RFE was being sent out.. :( !

03/07/06- requested 2005 tax transcripts (7-10 BUISNESSDAYS FOR ARRIVAL)

oh.. the wait.. is driving me mad...

03/11/-6 Recieved and RFE on I-864

03/14/06 - Recieved 230 (waiting on hubby's 230 in mail)

03/15/06- POSTED RFE PRIORITY MAIL

17th February 2006 IV bill mailed back

21st April case complete (sorry i have missed some dates of forms going back and forth)

2nd May case forwarded to Embassy in London

10th July 2006 visa interview 10.30 a.m.

HUBBY WAS APPROVED!!!!!!!! ♥ .. waiting on visa in hand.. omg omg omg omg omggggggggggg!!

lol thats crazy bella. I just got hung up on this time straight after the 1 for english.....guess she dont even wanna give me an excuse this time. I give up for a few days hahaha

yup that's what's happening to me. Either they hang up on me (very rude, by the way, NVC!) or they try to connect me to an operator (just wanna know if you got my stuff!!)

Think we should just keep trying and hope it'll work again soon.

pressing works if you wanna talk to an operator, but not to use the automated system.

I could of gotten through to an operator the times it didn't just hang up on me after pressing 1 for english

Dunno what's wrong but they are having problems a little too often for my taste. How about a new phone, NVC?? JK. Anyways, hope it'll be up and running again sooner or later. No, sooner'd be great
