Beneficiary Photo!!

Timeline

For the K3 visa, I just realized that I did not send a passport picture of the beneficiary, only of myself..

 

Do you think that we will receive an RFE for this? Or will the pictures of him/us that we sent with the I-130 package suffice? Or will we just receive a denial and our I-130 will then be looked at? Only time will tell but any thoughts would be kindly appreciated, thanks.

I-130 NOA1: October 18, 2019 - NEBRASKA 

I-130 NOA2: April 28th, 2020

I'm guessing that your K3 will get denied out of hand anyway, so it doesn't matter.

 

Hopefully, they have caught on to this and stopped letting people jump the line with K3 petitions at this point.

Thus far, I have not seen success with IOE case filers, which is the norm for anybody who filed in at least the last few months.
