Hi everyone. i'm hoping someone can assist me with the I-751 form.

I was going through the form and one of the first thing i ran into that made me pause was where it asked for "USCIS online account number (if any)"

if i recall correctly i made an account on the uscis website when i was in the I-130 CR1 parts of things. when i logged in right now i do not see anything named "account number"

I do however see my "case, Receipt Number" ....I do not know if these are the same things or if i have to make a new account on the website.

can anyone help???

Thank you in advance. 🙋‍♂️

Nah.  We had the same question and left it blank after trying to figure out what it might be from the last time we were on.

After the case was accepted by mail we went into Myuscis.com and logged in (I think using just the email address) and you have the option to link a new case to it (initially it will just show your visa case is closed).  It just came up.  As for the form, there’s no case yet as it’s new, so you can leave it blank.

Note:  biometrics appointment will not show here, it come in a few weeks by mail.

Ahh I see.. Thank you for your help... Do you know how payment works with this form? Like when do I pay the fee?

The same way as it was for the I-130, I-485, etc.--you pay when you file the form.

USCIS:

Quote

$595. All Form I-751 petitions also require an $85 biometric service fee for each person applying to remove conditions on their residence on the same form. You may pay the fee with a money order, personal check, or cashier’s check.  When filing at a USCIS Lockbox facility, you may also pay by credit card using Form G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions. If you pay by check, you must make your check payable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Please note that service centers are not able to process credit card payments.

You're also in the wrong sub-forum. Here's the sub-forum for Removal of Conditions:

Sounds like you are starting on your way to Remove Conditions of Residence (ROC). I might suggest a couple of things, you should consider moving from this current forum, Adjusting of Conditions (AOS) forum to the ROC forum, https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/86-removing-conditions-on-residency-general-discussion/ .  The topics there are more focused to the issues concerning the ROC process. Second, your timeline is vacant, :time:. It helps everyone that gets information/help from the forum, to give their stats to the forum. It gives the forum's stats more relevance.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
