Seems I am running slower than others. Not really an issue as my PD is not current so just lining everything up.

 

My timeline: I-485, I-765, I-131

10/29/2019 mailed out my AOS package. 

10/30/2019 AOS package received by USCIS Lockbox.

11/14/2019 money has been cashed by USCIS.

11/22/2019 Hard copy NOA received with a notice date of 11/14/2019

11/29/2019 Hard copy Biometric appointment letter in mail

12/10/2019 Biometric appointment

Had my interview today and it went good. He didn't say if I was approved or not but when I got home my status had changed to "new card is being produced" 😁

Thinking the delays have got a lot worse during the month of October. For anyone that my be interested   My timeline: I-485, I-765, I-131 10/29/2019 mailed out my AOS package.

I filed in August but I’m just following this as the thread that  I follow isn’t for concurrent filers.. 

timeline :

08/15: sent package 

08/19: package received at Chicago lockbox

08/26: noa

09/20: biometrics appointment 

my case has been ready to schedule for interview since 10/19! Local office is Newark

Hello.. pls help me to answer number 29.

I'm filing concurrent for my father He lives here states but out of status Im the petitioner (daughter) on question 29. About his residency will i put USA or Philippines?

11/26/19 Form I-485 "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview".
01/21/20 I-765 "New card is being produced".
01/22/20 I-765 "Case was approved".
01/23/20 Form I-485 "Interview was scheduled".
01/24/20 I-765 "Card Was Mailed to me".
01/27/20 I-765 "Card was picked up by USPS" expected delivery by 01/29/20.
01/27/20 I-765 "Approval notice letter".
01/27/20 Form I-485 Interview Letter received. Interview Date 03/04/2020.

01/29/20 EAD Card in hand.

03/04/20 Interview was complete but my case must be reviewed.

03/05/20 New Card is being Produced.

03/06/20 I-130 and I-485 "Case was approved"

03/10/20 10 years Green card in hand.

I might be wrong but "Your country of residence" is the country in which you are currently living in, at the time you process your application.

10/02/19 AOS Package received.

Can I use form G1450 (authorization to pay on my creditcard) for filing my dad's Concurrent filing ( I130 and I485) ??

11/04/2019 Received 4 receipt notices from NBC with Notice date of 10/30/19

11/08/2019 Received biometrics appointment for 11/20 at 9am

11/20/2019 Attended biometrics appointment. Took about 30 mins. 

11/21/2019 I-765 and I-485 case status updated to show fingerprints were taken. 

 

Nothing reported back since then. Seems my case is also running slow!

Has been stuck since then.

 

My question is who update status to "case is ready to be interviewed". Is it NBC then will be transferred to local field office or is it the local office itself?

Got a case update but it wasn't what we were hoping for - a RFE 😣 Hopefully we get the physical notice in the mail soon so we can fix everything ASAP. Any advice would be appreciated! Hope y'alls case progress is going better than ours!
