Hi everyone! We got our NOA 2 in September and still haven't heard anything from NVC. It's been one and a half months already. We have emailed the NVC (still haven't replied) and tried calling them several times but there's no answer. We're scared that when they finally reply and send something it's gonna be too late since there are only 4 months to do everything and the NOA 2 expiration date is in January. Guys, please help. Who had the same situation? What should we do?  Thank you in advance!

What date in September? Mine was 9/9 and NVC just finished processing it yesterday. It’s currently taking 4-6 weeks for USCIS to transfer to NVC. And then NVC takes 2-6 weeks or longer to process it. You can keep trying to call until you get through to get your case #. But even with that it’s a waiting game, until they finish their procedures

Did you email NVC to request your MNL# ?     St. Luke's asks for copies of the NVC letter/email .

Is your case file at USEM yet?    Once CEAC shows READY status your fiancee could be done in a matter of weeks

Here is a guide for the process in the Philippines    https://www.visaconnection-philippines.com/us-embassy-usem.html

You should jump over to the Philippine forum as the process there is unique to the Philippines:  https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

It shows ’In Transit’ as of yesterday. So I suppose it should be there in a few days. I checked DHL and it hasn’t actually shipped yet. Maybe today.  Yeah I’ve checked out the Philippines forum and your site and bookmarked them. Appreciate the good info.
