Well that’s what we want to do, but can I get married if my case still says administrative processing? The CO didn’t tell us it was rejected, but they asked for more information on a 221 g and when I emailed it to them they said the petition was returned to uscis. I don’t know if we would be allowed to get married until the application is officially denied?

If you get married while your her K-1 case is in administrative processing, your wife will not qualify for a K-1 visa.  You would need to start over with a CR-1 spousal visa.

Yes you can get married. anytime,\.  You can write to USCIS to withdraw the petition if you want.
