Multiple filings

Hi,

I've filed one I-129F before and it was in 2012. So according to the instructions, I shouldn't have to file a multiple waiver request.

However, I'm seeing people get RFE for a waiver request anyways. Should I explain why we got divorced on the application? Or include a letter? I just want to be thorough and prevent any RFE

Thanks.

While not required you can if you are so inclined.  The RFEs are for a waiver request,  a simple explanation is not a waiver request unless you specifically request it

YMMV
