Expired after one year in AP

They didn't ask for additional documents, every-time my fiancée call them about my case they said that be patient they will contact us soon! After one year waiting for a good news yesterday i check my case status it showed EXPIRED. I already mail the embassy about that but i need your advise . Thank you!!!

Are you sure they didn’t try to contact you for additional documents?  It reads kind of like that was the case, and they hadn’t received a response.

No, they didn't!

they called me on January 17 for some questions and my file was on Administrative Processing.... my fiancée and i call them several time, they always said that they work on my file and be patient.

The USC needs to call.  It may be a misunderstanding or computer glitch.
