Hello everyone I have a question how much does everything costs like the medical exams and interview I was told to put some money up for this matter hopefully when everything gets approved?

Depends.   Typically between 200 and 600 depending on country for medical.   265 for visa application

That's the final fee you've to pay after you get approve before your spouse come to the USA. Or else they won't get the greencard

First of all,  the OP is k1 and therefore not applicable

 

 Secondly that fee is $220
