I submitted the payment for the ds160 and set up the interview date in Manila Philippines. I just noticed the DS160 # is incorrect I had input my old Visa Tourist DS160 number. Do you guys know is there a way i can update this? My interview is about two weeks from now. My confirmation of my DS160 has the correct # but the one that confirms my interview is my old ds160 from last year.

We have this posted all over.  Login to ustraveldocs, pretend to apply as non immigrant F-1, in the update profile field, there is a AA number field to update.     Then save and apply as K-1.  K-1 update profile DOES NOT have update AA field.  System bug

You are in K-1 application.   Click top left NEW APPLICATION, choose non immigrant f-1 student.  Go thru the steps but do not make appointment.  At somepoint while in F-1 pages, CLICK UPDATE PROFILE on left.  You will see AA field.  Update.

THEN click new application, choose immigrant K-1 and proceed.   K-1 update profile tab has no AA field to update.  System bug

OK... 2 options.... you can call them to update the AA number or.... cancel appointment, go thru all the steps I said, then make a new appt again under K-1 after you have done F-1 AA field update.

Not an issue, what is important is bringing the new DS-160 confirmation page to the interview.   * this may be embassy specific, but for the Philippines this is what is needed.

As noted there is a work around to update your profile, but don't stress if you do not do this ...      (many have completed their interviews with the old DS-160 number listed in their profile/dashboard .. bringing a copy the new confirmation page for the DS-160 is what is vital.)
