My husband ead is expiring Oct 29 pending application, we are traveling to miami Nov everything will be expired...HELP WHAT DO WE DO

Miami is within the US. Plus, the EAD is just work authorization. Assuming the I-485 is still pending, he's authorized to stay, just not to work.

His ID will expire on Oct 29 as well

I live in GEORGIA in order to get on the flight he will need valid Identification which expires when his ead does

His foreign passport is his ID.

Bring a copy of the I-485 receipt just in case anyone ask. Probably no one will ask, but just in case....

Apply to renovate EAD. NOA1 will extend the validity of EAD. With NOA1, get a new ID.
