Question About Medical Records

My fiance went today to get his medical records and vaccination history from his GP. He talked to the receptionist and she printed out a 4 page summary with his vaccination history included. I've been reading on here that that may not be enough, and that he needs a full report. Is that correct? If that's the case, who would he need to get in touch with to get that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

That's enough unless he has any specific conditions or surgeries that would need just a short report that the doctor would write. Not his actual records.  i.e., "Joe had arthroscopic knee surgery in 2014 to repair a torn [big medical word] in his right knee.  He has healed well and has no ongoing issues with the knee.

Forgot to say...get the needed shots covered before his medical. Adults only need 4 and varicella can get a waiver. He may have had some already.

My summary was only 1 page and they had no issues with that (I have no previous or ongoing conditions). I also separately brought my vaccination summary which was another page or two. If you want to put your mind at ease and 'belt and brace' it they are very helpful if you wish to send them a copy via email and check with them if it is sufficient (you still need to bring the hard copy on the day)

Same I had a 1 page Patient Care Summary which took up about 60% of an A4 sheet and a 1 page vaccination record which took up about 80% of an A4 sheet.
