Hello!

 

NVC have just given me our case number over the telephone. He advised to wait until our file is shipped to the embassy and we receive instructions from the embassy before beginning our DS-160. 

 

Is this correct or am I right in understanding as soon as we have the NVC number we can apply?

On the home page of this website there is a " Country Specific Help " icon . Ask your question there for the most accurate info .

But you can Schedule  your medical exam and for this you should need your vaccination record . Search for what vaccines the US requieres   . Probably would need to do two trips to London .
