Hello All

We are still waiting to hear back re our RFE :(

USCIS received ours on 12th August 2019 and 7 weeks later we still haven't heard.

They requested the police record of my fiancé's arrest back in 2005 (which we sent to them). We initially only included the Court Order in which it was stated that this was thrown out of court and has been deleted from records.

This is SUPER frustrating now …..

Monitoring and comparing other people's cases against yours is borderline self-inflicting torture. I always advise people (inside VJ and out) not to do this because you are only adding stress to your life.

I totally agree with you!  :)

The 60 days is up next week so my fiancé will call the USCIS then.

Keep in mind that the 60 days is not a guarantee. They do not have to abide by the 60 day timeline. It is just an average timeline they communicate.

Best of luck to you.
