Rejection Notice

I received a rejection notice to all forms I submitted including I-485 & I-130 because I used an older version of the I-130. Did this happen to anyone before? If so? 

 

1- how do you resubmit? Do i resubmit everything i submitted before again with uscis marks& stamped check but with an updated I-130 form or do i submit new forms and new everything & new checks? 

 

2- did this cause a significant delay for any? Or just a small delay?

Submit new forms.  Did they take the payment?  No way to know how much of a delay it will cause.

No they didn’t take the payment, they returned the check stamped with their stamp.

Yes; updated I-130 form instead of the old I-130 form. I assume you used either the 07/15/19 or 12/13/17 editions of the I-485. Do it quickly before Oct. 15; on that date the filing process changes: https://www.uscis.gov/i-485
