For K1 Adjustment of Status on the I-693 is there a charge with the Civil Surgeon to fill out the form? No medical is needed they just getting ready to Adjust status but need this I-693 completed.

Depends on the civil surgeon. I have read of some docs that will do that, many won't. 

 

I am somewhat surprised when folks ask a physician to transfer the personal medical data from another unknown physician on one form,  and then sign and attest to the accuracy of a document. That sounds like taking on a lot of responsibility for another person's work and then not get any compensation. YMMV. 

 

I know that we didn't have any such luck and had to pay the civil surgeon for 2 complete exams. Luckily, my health insurance covered a large portion of my wife's expenses.

Why do they need an I693 if they were a K1?

Are they filing beyond one year of their medical date or is their DS3025 marked aa incomplete?

Yes they finally found what I was seeking the DS-3025 all signed and ready to submit. Crisis averted.
