i-864: Use of Assets to Supplement Income

Part 7 Question 7 of form i-864 asks: "Enter the net cash value of all the principal immigrant's real estate holdings. (Net value means investment value minus mortgage debt.)"

Now, as the principal immigrant, I have been paying for this house in the Philippines through the Pag-Ibig Housing Loan service. Should I put that on there? If I do decide to put that on there, would I need to show proof? I have billing statements that I can present.

Also, my husband has enough income to support us both. Since this section is optional, should I even bother putting anything?

If your sponsor meets the poverty guidelines in Part 6 Qu 7, everything else is irrelevant. Fill in

N/A or none the rest of the way.
