I got divorced last thursday. I am filing the i-751 now. I had a question about i-751. Spouses or individuals statement part. We are seperated i have injunction order on him so should i leave this part empty?

So what specific part are you referring to? You are divorced so you are filing as an individual presumably who entered into marriage on good faith but the marriage dissolved.

yes, so it should be empty?

i did. it doesn't say anything about if you are divorced don't need to be filled, it says if applicable, so i just wanted to make sure.

You still need to fill it with his information like his SSN, Alien Number if he was USC but did not born in US, his current address if you know it. I was same situation when i filed individual and USCIS send me letter to require that ex-wife's information.

If your spouse or another individual signed your petition, they must read, complete, and sign Part 8. If you are not listing anyone in part 4 then best I can tell you dont need anything in part 8.
