Timeline

Hi everyone, I am about to turn in my AOS form, please can you verify I have the right documents

Form I-1485 and Supporting Documents

  1. Form G-1145

  2. Payment in the amount of $1,225 (filing fee and Biometrics fee)

  3. Form I-1485

  4. Copy of I-797, Notice of Approval for the I-129F petition

  5. Certified copy of marriage certificate

  6. Copy of birth certificate

  7. Copy of biometric page of passport

  8. Copy of K1 Visa page

  9. Copy of Form I-94

  10. (2) 2X2 size passport photo

  11. Copy of Vaccination Documentation Worksheet, Form DS-3025

  12. Form I-864, Affidavit of support from my wife with the following documents:

  1. Copies of IRS tax transcripts for the last three years (2018, 2017 and 2016)

  2. Employment letter

  3. Copies of W2’s for the last three years

  4. Recent three months paystubs

  5. Biographic page of wife’s passport

  6. Copy of wife’s birth certificate.

  4. Copy of K1 Visa page

-  You only need to fill one copy of the G-1145 Form and submit.

-  You need to write your Full Names & your Alien Number at the back of your Passport Photographs.

The A number is on the NOA you received during the K-1 process.

Your Alien Number is on your I-797 Notice of Action Letter. Check the top of the page, where you have your personal info.
