Hi All,

Just a question quick to clear. I am about to submit DS-260 and AOS for family based immigration.

I am the principal applicant. I always log in to online application page as an APPLICANT, in this condition can I upload and submit financial documents of the petitioner?

Or, is it a must that the petitioner has to do it himself or herself?

That's a contradictory statement. If you do an DS-260 that means you're getting a visa and not doing AOS. If you're doing AOS, you do not need to fill the DS-260

Affidavit of support

YMMV

I mean I have collected all the i-864 and other documents from the petitioner. My question is if I can upload on petitioners behalf?

I don't believe there should be a problem. I am the Petitioner for my mother's visa and I uploaded all of the documents for both of us. I checked with my lawyer before I did this and she said it didn't matter and I could do that. Everything got approved no problem.
