Okay, smart people. I am just starting a fiance visa for my intended and her adopted daughter. Both were raised in an orphanage. Fiance just finished adopting daughter, legally. I am wondering if anybody else has done this, because there are no known parents involved for my fiance. Is there anything I need to know about filling out the form 129f, in this case?

Nothing seems complicated from the details you provided. How old are the kids?

Just be sure that she has all of the papers regarding the adoption available and are official.

For the I-129F   make sure to list the child.

And for questions that do not apply (parents)  type or print  N/A

Answer all questions fully and accurately. If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been married and the question asks “Provide the name of your current spouse”), type or print “N/A,” unless otherwise directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless otherwise directed.
