Cheapest Car Insurance for New Immigrants

What is the cheapest car insurance for new immigrants with no driver history? No need for full coverage since it is a 3000 dollar beater.

but you will need liability

I added my wife (and a beater car) and it was about $75 more per month after she did a drivers class.  Otherwise it would have been almost double.

Yes most states have mandatory 25000 or 50000 liability I think. What would be a good insurance pay yearly for a 3000 dollar beater?

Same as they would charge for a brand new teenager unless you add on multicar.
