Hey everyone,

 

I'm soon going to have my AOS interview and in the notice I've recieved it asks me to bring "Any immigration- related documentation ever issued to you(...)". What exactly do I have to bring? I'm not sure how far back in the past it wants immigration papers. Do I need to bring everything from my K1 as well?

 

I could really use the help.

We took it quite literal, "ANY immigration related documents EVER issued" We took it all. Better safe than sorry. Although our official only asked for copies of our joint assets. I would assume the FO could ask for anything over again?? Best of luck!

For any one adjusting from a nonimmigrant status,  nothing before the submission of the I485/I131/I765 would fit the definition of an immigration document
