automatic camera tickets after citizenship interview

if I  receive an automatic camera tickets(no officer involved !) after the interview and before the oath ceremony, should I answer 'yes' to the following question on N-445  

 

"Have you been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, convicted, fined or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance, including traffic violations?"

 

some people suggest that camera tickets are not like regular tickets

A  ticket is a traffic citation. It's the same regardless of who (or what) issues it.

Red light cameras are no longer legal in Texas. The governor signed a bill a few months back.
