green card printed wrong birthdate

we finally received the green card for my husband 

all conditions removed, but apparently his birth yr typed in incorrectly 

we were advised to fill out I-90

well i-90 form on uscis is expired as of 

7/31/2019

i checked again today 08/06 updated form still . hasn't been updated

i called USCIS customer service and they said it is the right form even though it shows expired they go by the publish date !

they advised me that i can still fill it out !!?

i mean have anybody gone through this ?

The  person you spoke to is correct.  It's the edition date that's important, not the expiry date.

Yes, you can use that form still.

The date next to OMB is the internal agency date .. as stated above , it’s the current form. All good !!
