Pregnancy and medical exam

My fiancée the beneficiary is pregnant.  What complications will this cause for her medical exam?  Will they allow her Visa and be required to take certain vaccinations after the baby is born or will they require her to wait?

The only complexity is the chest xray.   They will take all available precautions,  if she refuses tbe xray, no visa.  Vaccinations for a k1 are optional and she can get them later (but needs to get before aos) if she chooses

Won't cause any complications, St. Luke's takes precautions regarding the x-ray and vaccinations.
