Need Help with Infopass

Hi all,

 

USCIS received my RFE package on June 27th and its been more than 30 days and I haven't got any updates form them. My extension letter will end on Sept 8th and I dont know when to apply infopass and dont know the procedure. Can someone share information on this and guide me what I need to do?  Thank you!

I live in Indianapolis and Indianapolis field office shows that "This office is not accepting walk-in requests or scheduling InfoPass appointments." and my attorney also say the same thing that i cant apply for infopass appointment and just have to wait for the USCIS to make the decision. I work in a large firm and I dont know if i can continue work after Sept 8th if I dont have any valid proof that i can stay/work here.   I am totally confused!

You can call and make an info pass appointment. But I would say it is too soon and you should wait a little bit more.

They will call you back and book the appointment with you.
