K1 Medical Exam - Immunization

Hi,

I just want to ask all those who have already undergone the K1 medical when they were given the required vaccines (if needed)?

I just went to my medical today and was told that I would need to be immunized with 3 vaccines, but after all the steps, I didn't get vaccinated.

I was told to go back tomorrow to submit the additional requirements thar are indicated on the back of the receipt.

Am I going to receive the vaccines when I go back to the clinic?

Any info would really help. Thanks.

They gave me the vaccine I was missing right there in the K1 medical appointment. Charged me $50.

I was told that the charge for the vaccines are included in the Php 17,025 fee.

Anyway, after being asked questions by the doctor in the immunization section/area, I was told to proceed to the physical exam area on the 5th floor and then after the physical exam, I was told to go home and go back tomorrow by the lady in the US counter.

Should I ask them them tomorrow to give me the vaccines?

The medical at St. Luke's is a 2 day process (if there were no issues with your x-ray regarding TB), vaccinations are given the 2nd day, at which time you will be given a sealed envelope with your medical file that you need to bring with you to your interview.  You will also receive a DS-3025 (keep this safe you will need it in the USA) and a CD (of little value, no one seems to wants it, and it makes a lousy coaster)

You should jump over to the Philippines forum for questions relating to the process there.  https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/
