I,ve read the "General Instructions for Filling Out Form I-751" on NOLO.com, but it's still unclear for example, Part 1question 16 asks if physical address is different than mailing address... my answer is no. So do I need to enter "NONE or N/A in the physical address question 17a B C and so forth or leave it blank.

Also we have no children In part 5 do I leave it blank or put N/A or none?

Part 4  question 6f and 6g ask for Province and postal code, I live in the U.S. so should I leave those blank or enter N/A or none?

We've had our filing returned once already so a little gun shy.   thanks

I just sent mine and left them blank. Others who know better will chime in and give better answers

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

It was returned only saying not filed properly... I failed to enter the date her green card expires and entered a wrong number in the online account number... I think that's all that's wrong but want to be sure.
