Affidavit of Support I-864

Hi everyone, we will be having our AOS interview next week, i was just wondering, when we applied for the AOS (I-485) we've already submitted a I-864 and 4 passport pictures, my question is do we still need to take more passport photos and a new affidavit of support? Nothing has change as far as the income.

You don't need extra passport photos. My husband and I prepared a new affidavit just in case even though our interviewing officer didn't ask for it.

Our interview was almost 6 months from the date of the I864 and I didn't do a new one as nothing had changed. Good Luck

Congratulations on having your interview. You'll get through it with flying colours, no doubt! Sounds like you're very well prepared.

You shouldn't need new passport pictures, but we're preparing the 2005-updated affidavit of support for the interview just in case. It's probably not that necessary because there's not much difference in my husband's income, but you never know if they might want those 2005 W2s.

So, it's probably a matter of taste. Good luck!

if anything regarding the I-864 has changed, either fill out a new form and include the new/updated evidence, or just take the evidence. Our adjudicator went through the form during the interview point by point, asking if the answers were still the same. Anything that was different, we handed over the documents, he made notes in the form, and added the documents to our file. Other offices have required a updated form. Just be prepared.
