Till today we have not received anything! I just checked Processing Time for Family Base I-485 and select Houston Office they mentioned that current case processing is Aug 2017!

Please advice what to do as priority date has already been passed?

One more thing is, we have sens all our papers to National Benefits Center, Am I checking correct USCIS Office time processing as I mentioned that we are living in Houston and Bioinformatic has been done in USCIS Houston Office so I am regularly  checking Case Processing time of USCIS Houston Office? Please help!

Input your zipcode here:

Where you did your biometrics is not necessarily the same city you will be interviewed in.

If your PD was before Aug 26th, 2017 you can make a Service Enquiry using the link there.

ok thanks,

Are they reply efficiently ?

You will get a response via email.

You can call too with the same result (ie. They will open a service request and you will wait).

Hello,

I have open service inquiry almost three weeks back, but no reply as yet,

Please advice?

Did you email or call the first time?

Try calling and ask to speak to a Tier 2 officer.
