Medicaid and WIC programs

Timeline

I I’m processing form I- 864 and I’m pregnant. Will applying for WIC program affect my changes of petitioning for my mother. And also I am on Medicaid but my income do meet the poverty  income guideline

No. As a US citizen you can avail any benefits that are available to you.

 

One thing of note, this is one of the things the Trump Administration has been trying to change. So far without success, but who knows what the future will hold.

WIC is not one of the programs listed that will affect a visa

but you say income is sufficient for supporting the spouse visa

 

not sure why you think anyone would know you are on medicaid and WIC
