I'm trying to locate the information. Maybe someone can guide me in the right direction. My wife just got her citizenship in march and we want to bring mom here(mother in law). What forms do I need to fill out. If anyone can guide me in the right direction. This would be greaattttt!!!!

Is this the only form I need? Will I need to aos later down the road? Sorry it's been a long time since we did my wife's. what the turn around time for this it's Philippines.  I heard it's about 3 months for parents. Is this correct or am I dreaming 😀

No the MIL will get a visa and when she enters the country with that she will get her GC. 

 

It takes about a year to get.

Thank you.  I checked where to send it to and it says Chicago lockbox.  I checked the times and Chicago lockbox is not listed so where do I check.   Thanks.

Don't pay too much attention to processing times. It will take as long as it takes. The processing times are just averages. If you look at individual timelines here you will find people who filed on the same day and who are at the same service center for the same visa category had their petitions approved days, weeks, even months apart. I befriended someone online through a forum like this who had the same priority date as us for the I-130 at Nebraska for a CR-1. They were approved three weeks before we were.
