Case number not showing up in MY USCIS and no Bio appt yet

Hello,

 

I filed my I-751 in Feb 2019 and received the acknowledgment letter on 3/5/19 but my case number will not pull up in the My USCIS portal and I have not received any Biometric appointment information. It seems like most people get their Biometric appointment scheduled fairly soon after receipt of their I-751. Any advice? Thanks!!

My sister file my US sibling petition i received message from NVC

 

 

The I-797, Notice of Action - Approval Notice submitted with your inquiry indicates the principal
applicant will adjust status in the United States.
 
When the Form I-797 indicates adjustment of status, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
(USCIS) keeps the petition and its related paperwork. USCIS does not forward the petition to
NVC or the Department of State.

Have you tried both the old and new USCIS sites?

August 7, 2022: Wife filed N-400 Online under 5 year rule.

November 10, 2022: Received "Interview is scheduled" letter.

December 12, 2022:  Received email from Dallas office informing me (spouse) to be there for combo interview.

December 14, 2022: Combo Interview for I-751 and N-400 Conducted.

January 26, 2023: Wife's Oath Ceremony completed at the Plano Event Center, Plano, Texas!!!😁

February 6, 2023: Wife's Passport Application submitted in Dallas, Texas.

March 21, 2023:   Wife's Passport Delivered!!!!

May 15, 2023 (about):  Naturalization Certificate returned from Passport agency!!

 

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I've had my biometrics though. That only took a couple of weeks to come through. OP, have you tried calling them?

When it comes to bio then yes. 

I filed in December and I’m also at Texas and also haven’t heard about bio yet. I’m not worried about it though they will send it out when they need it.

Hey. I sent my I-751 in September 2018. I did not receive letter about fingerprints till May. My case is also at SRC (Texas). They are re-using old ones. Majority of September fillers got same update in May. Hope this helps.
