Cool ! So you just fill up the form no more evidence? Like other people say no need  further evidence .

It was a while ago (2017) so I will check my application records for you and let you know what I did. Glad to help.

Just checked and I did provide a copy of my marriage certificate when I applied. Didn't have my final divorce decree at the time of the interview so obviously I didn't have that to bring to the interview. Apologies for any confusion, it was a while ago. You have to provide proof of your current marital status at the time of filing and since I was still married that was the document that proved that.

Edit: things may have changed since 2017, not sure. Make sure to check the latest version of the form and read all the instructions.

Thanks a lot! I probably file my citizenship after divorce. I heard the Devorce takes 6 months.

I will add up something from my experience. I am a May filer for N400 application. Here is my story. I moved to US in 2013 and lifted conditions in 2016. I have been separated with my ex-to be husband since late 2016. At the moment when I was filing up N400 I selected my marital status as separated since I was in process of divorce. In the end of application, despite of my 5+ residency they asked me to upload marriage certificate and other additional docs linked to my ex. So right now I am awaiting of changing status to "interview scheduled", hopefully I won't be asked too much about him. I am also about to obtain divorce degree certificate, just to be safe, I would upload it asap

Most likely the IO will be interested in separation soon after receiving the 10-year green card.  Part of their overall adjudication for the N400 is to go through the entire file and ensure the initial green card/ROC was approved properly, so expect some questions surrounding your marriage.  Best of luck!

A little confusing the way you typed it out....is your mailing address the same as your physical address?  If the address change is reflecting where you are physically living now/where you receive mail now, then you've done it correctly.

If your mailing address is NOT the same as your physical address (ie. you want the change to reflect your PO box address), then you should resubmit the AR-11 if it doesn't show that.

Sorry if its confusing. I mean my new physical address they never showed  up in the form that i submit to the uscis. both the physical and mailing adress are the same my PO box . Do i need to submit again?  Actually the physical adress is juat temporary as of now untill i found the place that i can leave permanently. My mails goes to my PO box adress all the time.

Ah ok...I would suggest you reach out to USCIS and confirm the mailing address has been updated----or as an alternative, submit the AR-11 again.  Make sure to keep the email receipt you get that confirms the address has been changed.

The main thing is that the mailing address (not just the physical one, although ideally you want this as well) is updated so you don't miss any notices.
